SHINY THING - SHORT FILM
During my final year at the Victorian College of the Arts in 2009, I wrote, directed and edited "Shiny Thing" – a short film about a teenage boy who yearns to feel wanted, but hangs his hope on the wrong person. (Trailer below)
The film was screened at a number of film festivals across Australia and the US, including St Kilda Film Festival, and won 'Best Screenwriter' at World of Women Film Festival in 2011. The film stars comedian Tom Ballard, alongside Louise Siversen and Felicity Soper.
